We process personal data to provide and administer an official government public-health service and for associated legitimate, statutory, administrative, monitoring, and reporting purposes.

The Swasth Naari Abhiyaan application is operated as an official initiative of District Administration, Kabirdham, in connection with the Aspirational Blocks Programme and government health activities.

8. How long we keep your data

Personal and health information is retained for the duration of the project and as required under applicable government record-keeping rules. Health and clinical records may need to be preserved as part of an auditable government health record.

Where an existing clinical entry must be corrected, the program may preserve the historical record and record the correction separately where this is required for audit, medical, or government record-keeping purposes.

Retention and deletion will remain subject to applicable law, departmental policy, government record-retention requirements, and the operational requirements of the health program.

9. Your rights and how to exercise them

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information and may raise concerns regarding the processing of your personal data. Where applicable, you may also request deletion of personal information.

Because some clinical and government program records may be subject to statutory, medical, audit, or government record-retention requirements, a deletion request does not necessarily mean that every record can immediately be erased. Where retention of health or program information is legally required, an appropriately de-identified or otherwise lawfully retained record may continue to be kept.

To make a privacy request, you may:

Where applicable law requires parental, guardian, departmental, or other authorization for processing personal data relating to a child, such requirements will be followed by the responsible authorities.
